Not Able to Sign In and start Trial

    Hi
    I am getting prompted with"?Check your Internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, follow this link to register your copy of Parallels Desktop." when I try to open my VM. I'm not able to use/trial parallels desktop due to this problem.

    I've followed various online help docs including https://kb.parallels.com/en/113744 but no luck here.

    Please help
