Not able to start application

Hi,

I recently installed the new 2x server aplication on our server. We are sharing one application. The client is able to connect to the server, but when i want to start the application, it is trying to connect forever, with the result that it simply doesn't connect. I can't find anything going on in the log files or whatsoever. The log files say that the user is trying to start the application (#1 ....) and its available.

Any ideas?

Make sure the agent is verified and also try using ip instead of hostname,also try ising the application with ms-rdp client.

what client are youusing? and what connection mode?
