We use 2X for some of our customers and Citrix for others. It has become very apparent that when dealing with anything but a decent connection that has relatively low latency the 2X experience is horrible. For example, we're based in the UK and 2X is abysmal for our customers in America, but Citrix is perfectly acceptable. We're now looking East and deploying in countries along the way between the UK and as far as China. We have 182ms latency between our London and Hong Kong data centres and whilst Citrix is just about acceptable, by comparison 2X is completely unusable. Does anyone know whether or not there are settings that we can change (apart from the obvious audio and visual ones) to try and improve this? Does anyone else out there have an international rollout of 2X across multiple countries? If so, do you experience the same pain? Any feedback would be much appreciated.
