Not possible to use virtual machine

PD12 does not recognize my user and password and it is therefore not possible for me to use my Virtual Machine...
Do you have a solution to remedy this problem?

Try :
- new account
- my account
- accès to website to verify mu licence key
- eliminate host

Hey, you mean that you cannot login in your Parallels account?

I think it happens to make the connection with my account...
When I use terminal, this message appear :
Failed to install the license: Unable to perform the operation. The license server cannot process the request. For more information, please read the following article (http://www.parallels.com/products/desktop/supportinfo/pdfm12_fr_FR_47030).
