number pad went out with update

After installing the latest version of Parallels and Windows 8 the number pad on the right side of the wide iMac keyboard stopped working in all Windows applications. The alpha-numeric keys are OK. I can't find a way to turn it back on. There is no numlock key on this keyboard. Is there some combo like Command+Option+F18 that will unlock the number pad?

Hello Michael,

Please press CLEAR key on the iMac keyboard and try to use numpad in windows virtual machine. If you are still facing the same issue, Please reinstall Parallels Tools by following the KB Article link : http://kb.parallels.com/4841
