Numeric Keyboard Issues

Using 16.1 on new iMac with Catalina. Windows 10 applications do not recognize numeric keypad side of keyboard. For instance, if I open Word document and type the number 5 the result is = sign. Only happens on keypad side, looking for suggestions...thanks!

what is your Parallels Desktop version?
