Numeric Keypad on Windows 7

My Mac Mini has an Apple Keyboard with numeric keypad.
I have a first Guest OS Windows 7 installed under Parallels.
The keypad is working fine.
Then I installed a second Guest OS Windows 7.
The numeric keypad on this second Guest OS is not working anymore and I can't find out why.
What am I missing?

Please go to Devices menu > Keyboard and pick Num Lock option and check if the issue still persisting, please refer http://kb.parallels.com/113652 to know how to use numeric keypad.
