Office 2016 (Outlook) Error

Hi,

Currently running V11 of Parallels with an installation of Windows 10 and Office 2016. When I try to configure Outlook to my Office365 account I receive an error when it tries to connect to the server.

An encrypted connection to your mail server is unavailable, click next to attempt to connect with unencrypted connection.
Clicking next fails

Outlook/O365 is working fine outside of the Parallels environment.
I have se the VM Ethernet adaptor to Bridged > Default Adaptor

Any help on this would be great
