Office 365 can not be installed

Hi, I'm working on a Mac and have downloaded Parallels and Windows in order to work with a program (Citavi) that runs only based on Windows and linked with Word/Office. Unfortunately I can't install Office 365 and the microsoft support told me it wasn't possible and I should contact you.
