I am now getting the prompt to enter an the new key and an old key (?). Then I get to the error message: The previous activation key has not been accepted by the license server. I cannot find my old key. I accidentally purchased the updated edition before purchasing the full version. Can you help me get the refund and then I purchase the full version? Thank you!
