Older Window Programs thru Windows 7

Hi, I purchased Parallels 10 and Windows 7 Ultimate to run older Winow programs, such Printshop and a lot of the Disney card making software. Is this possible and if it is could someone walk me thru it. My wife designs a lot of cards, business cards and such and has them print up, a nice little side job.
