In "Install Windows or Linux on Mac with Apple M1 chip using Parallels Desktop" (https://kb.parallels.com/125375), the on-screen instructions in step 5 include one that shows the default name of the Windows installation/volume (I'm not sure of the proper term for this field, but that's not the problem) as "Windows 10 (1)" rather than just "Windows 10".

It's well known that the notation (1) is what Windows appends to a proposed name for a folder or file of that name is already used, so apparently there is already an existing Windows installation. But I had never created one prior to running these instructions.

How can I get the name of the Windows installation I'm about to create with the VDHX image be just the usual "Windows 10" -- by remove the presumably existing "Windows 10" installation, by just deleting the " (1)" in this field (in this step), or ??
