OneDrive won't run in Parallels 17

I have just updated to Parallels 17 and installed a copy of Windows 10 Home in a VM, activated it and signed in with a Microsoft account. I cannot get OneDrive to load. If I try to run it I just get nothing. I've reinstalled the Windows Tools but am hitting a brick wall. I do have OneDrive running in the Mac but want to run it in the VM too.

Any assistance appreciated.
