Even though it shows on the Mac, I can't get my Musway BTA2 device to show in windows. I tested another bluetooth device (game controller) and that worked ok though. Any idea why some devices show and others don't?

Please explain to us in detail your use case regarding the "Musway BTA2" device. (We checked on the Official Website and it is meant to be connected to the Musway DSP and then to use the Smartphone (Apple or Android only) to control it.) 2. Collect a technical report (click the Parallels icon on top of the mac menu bar > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID.
