Open .doc from the command line

Bit poster
If i use commend line:
/opt/2X/Client/bin/appserverclient -s ssl://192.168.1.1:443 -a "#127" -u USER@DOMAIN (#127 is the application Word on my server)​
I can open Word, but I want to open a specific file .doc, I can do?

Sorry, but I think you have not understood my problem.
I want to open a .doc document from Linux by right clicking and "open with ..." Parallel. And then Microsof Word is opened for Parallel with .doc.
I've only done that Microsof Word open but with a new document.
