"Open Recent..." menu item missing

This is a standard menu item in most mac application but it's missing on Parallels..
This menu allows integration with other apps like launchbar.
and access to the virtual machines thru launchbar (watch the video)

I was a VMWare Fusion user and I'm missing this a lot in Parallels..

The user is referring to Parallels Desktop, NOT Parallels Server, secondly, it's not even remotely related to the question.
