I've got a Win10 VM and like to run in Coherence with auto-pausing enabled when no applications are running (basically, run Windows like a compatibility layer that's only using resources when active). However, I've noticed that with a VPN connection active in Win10, auto-pausing no longer works. There are no applications open, just the network connection. But, this is enough to stop the pausing. Is this expected? Is there anything that can be done to have Parallels not view a VPN connection as an application? FYI, I'm using native Windows VPN/Network tools with SonicWall Mobile Connect connection. So, it's not like there's a third party separate application launched and engaged.
