Operating System Missing error

When accessing the bootcamp partition through parallels, I get the error "Missing Operating System" or "Operating System Missing" if I reboot the machine and pick the windows partition, it boots fine. is there a way to fix this? I've reran the "import from bootcamp" but still the same problem.

Boot camp partition running through parallels and imported boot camp partition are 2 different things. what do you use in your case?
