Hi

Just installed the trial today. V16.1.3.

Transferred an exiting PC via an external hard drive. Am now getting this error immediately when I try to start it (not the most informative error message I've ever seen). It proceeds with "preparing to configure your virtual machine" for a few seconds, then that stops and a Technical Data Report pops up with the message: "A critical error occurred"

I've tried the "help me solve the problem" link. It didn't.

Any ideas?

An I get exactly the same behaviour with a new Win10 downloaded installation.
 
Is it possible to edit posts? Further info:
Host OS is Big Sur, and I don't know if parallels staff are here or if it is just user to user, but I submitted a Report ID 365918731.
