Optimisation - Resource Limits

    Seems updating to P18 from previous version decides to set Resource Limits back one setting from No Limit

    ALL VM's set as No Limit before Upgrade
    ALL VM's set one notch back after Upgrade

    Borked by Network speeds - took ages to work out why

    Yeah - not sure how I can reproduce this - Parallels already upgraded...not going to downgrade just to upgrade to test this
