Optimize Windows for full resolution not available.

In hardware I have checked Enable full resolution however I do not have the option Optimize Windows for full resolution. Without this option everything is tiny. Anyone have a solution?

Which Windows version do you use? This option is available only for Windows 7 and Windows 8

I'm having the same issue using Windows 7 Professional 64-bit and MacBook Pro Retina: I can't either see "Optimize Windows for Full Resolution" nor "Enable Full Resolution". Any solution?

I'm having the same problem under OSX Mountain Lion with Win7 64-bit in a box. There are no options under >> Virtual Machine -> Configure -> Hardware -> Graphic.
