I've used several versions of Parallels with no issues. After updating to V7, I can no longer use the recorder, UPK or CA PA. It's a specialized screen recorder for developing training materials.
The name of the application is Oracle User Productivity Pak, or CA Productivity Accelerator. I'm actually using the CA version. It's the same software, just licensed to CA from Oracle.

The issue is that when I turn on the recorder, in order to have it start recording you have to press a keyboard combination. I've selected several to try: Printscreen, F12, Ctrl-f12, F8. None of these work. I've used the Keyboard pulldown in the parallels panel and tried direct input from my MBP, both using the Function keys and a combination of the fn key and the function key. For some reason, the application never sees the keystroke.

Anyone have any suggestions for this?
