I renewed my license subscription on 2024-08-25. The charge transacted successfully, giving me a license good until 2025-08-25. I later realized I had no invoice copy, so I logged into my Parallels account, went to Order History, clicked the Invoice link and got the following response:
We're sorry, this link has expired to protect your data privacy. Please click below to generate a new link that will be sent to your email inbox.
After entering the 5-character verification code, I received no email in my email address which is my username for logging into Parallels online. I had never before seen this link expiration in the 10+ years I have been using Parallels. Two years ago I moved from another state and had to change Internet providers, along with my email address. My Parallels username matches my current email address; however, I suspect the link expiration logic is fixated on my previous/inactive email address, instead of my current/active email address that I use to log into Parallels.
Months ago, when I first discovered this quandary, I tried addressing it via a Support ticket. But all I got was circular help that got me nowhere. "It should be fixed -- try again" over and over and over again. This time I thought I would try the forum to see if I can obtain more capable/helpful attention.
