OS X 10.8.4 guest freezing with 10.8.4 as host

I'm running Parallels 9 on 10.8.4. I created a 10.8.4 VM from the recovery partition. I'm running on a 2013 Mac Air with 8GB. The Mac guest freezes several times a day, to where nothing but a stop or a reset frees it up. The irony is Windows 8 runs great in a VM and never freezes while I'm having trouble with OS X as a guest.

I've uninstalled/re-installed Parallels 9 as requested by Support. Also sent an incident report from within Parallels while experiencing the freeze.

Any experience similar freezes and find a fix? If I can't find a fix, I will have to Fusion a shot. I need stability more than speed/performance.

I have the exact same problem. I've not found a solution yet.

Macbook Air 2013, 11", 8 GB Ram, 256 GB HD, 10.8.5
Parallels Desktop Build 9.0.23062 (Revision 920702; Thursday, September 12, 2013)

Problematic Client is Mac OS X 10.8 (ok on Ubuntu and Windows 7)
freeze everyday, the only option is to Shutdown instead of Suspend (and lose some work in the way)

I am currently updating client to 10.8.5 to see if it might help

I update to 10.8.5 Same things, freeze everyday.
NOTE:

I have few program installed on my virtual Machine
it's Mac OS X basic plus Eclipse for Java programming
