OS X El Capitan - VM always upgrade at start

Every time I start the VM starts upgrade, then the VM starts, but delaying it work :-(
Could someone help me?
 
@JiriK could you please generate the Problem report using this KB and reply us back with the report 8-digit ID number.
Problem report consists of some technical information, which we need to check the root cause of the issue.

Please generate report once the issue reoccurs.
