Not sure whether this is a Mavericks, Parallels, or Windows XP issue. When running a WinXP guest in coherence under Parallels 9 and Mavericks, the Mac task bar remains at the top of the screen which obscures the top bar of any app running in WinXP. This means in many cases it is not possible to grab the top of an app window to drag it down below the task bar. This doesn't appear to be a problem when running WIN7 under Parallels 9. I can'r find any settings or preferences in any of the OSs to fix this. It was not a problem in Parallels 7 or 8. Any ideas? Thanks.
