Outlook 2010 Extremely Slow at Starting Up & Loading Profile

I recently installed Parallels Desktop 9 and running the default install on a Macbook Air. The only application I've installed thus far in Windows is Microsoft Office 2010. I've successfully created an Exchange Server Email/Data File Profile in Outlook but whenever I run Outlook 2010, it takes almost 1 minute for Outlook to open fully. It sits on the opening loading window for a minute saying "Loading Profile".

Any ideas/suggestions what I must do in order to speed things up?
