Outlook 2010 going berserk

OK...

I installed Outlook 2010 on the Win7 side of Parallels and followed up with Google App Sync (we run Google Apps for our business email). When NOT in safe mode, Outlook goes nuts, continually opening random HTML files in my browser that appear to be message headers. I ran Outlook 2010 and Apps Sync fine on my regular laptop.

In safe mode, this doesn't happen (but I then can't use Xobni).

Any ideas?
 
I am having outlook crash after being open for a hour or so. you lose the emails you were drafting, its just lame.

happens no matter what, fresh WIn64bit, with only office 2010 and google apps sync. Crashes after about an hour or so of us. allocated 2Gig of ram to it too. doesnt seem to much info on the web about this error but its def there.
