Outlook 2010 on Windows 7 shows there is a problem with the proxy server's security certificate

Hello,
When I connect with Outlook 2010 to Exchange 2010 i get the Message "There is a problem with the proxy server's security certificate".
Starting situation:
  • Mac OS Yosemite Vers. 10.01.2 up to date
  • Parallels Desktop for MAC Version 10.1.4 (28883)
  • Windows 7 Pro SP1 up to date
  • Office 2010 SP2 up to date
Follow Steps i have done:
  • Windows 7 and Office 2010 are installed in Parallels Desktop for MAC (default settings)
  • set up Outlook Account of a hosted Exchange account with default parameter - no Problems
  • first start of Outlook - Error Message occure "There is a problem with the proxy server's security certificate" -> Outlook can not connect to the Exchange
  • next start of Outlook - Outlook connect successful to the exchange an download mails
  • a third time Outllok starts with the error message and get not connceted, also the fourth, fiveth,... time. Sometimes it connects, sometimes not
  • when I switch to online Mode no error occurs
  • OWA works fine and I havn't any certificate issues
  • I have try sereral setting in Parallels - no change of behavior
I am happy about every notion.
