Outlook 2013 goes into Not Responding mode regularly

I have Parallels 9 on Mavericks and guess OS is Windows 7 with Office 2013. Outlook 2013 goes into Not Responding several times a day (an hour). I click on calendar and I have to wait 10 seconds. I click on a message I have to wait till Outlook goes into lala land and comes back. I have allocated 4gb RAM to Windows. Hardware is a MACbook Pro with SSD so HW performance is not an issue.
Any leads, Ideas, troubleshooting tips?

I am experiencing the exact same problem.

Same issue: Parallels 10 on a MBP retina with 4GB of memory allocated to it and when Office 2013, it's non-responsive multiple times a day. I proactively quit Office and it doesn't help.

Don't upgrade to Parallels 10 thinking that there'll be a fix there... I already made that mistake.
