Bit poster
Good evening

I'm new to mac and new to Parallels.

First the config:
MacBookPro 2016 i7, 16GB, 1TB
Latest macOS installed with all updates
Parallels Business Edition
Windows 10 Pro in local Active Directory, up to date with all avalaible updates
Office 365 32bit, up to date with all updates

Now the Problem:
I've installed Office 2016 (365) suite succesfull and all applications are working fine
Connection to Hosted Exchange Server was succesfull
Folders are all synced in Outlook

The main Problem is now that Outlook is connected to the Exchange but it wont synchronize the mails, neither i can send emails, all the Folders are empty. I'm working in Cache Mode, when i'm disabling the Cache mode all works fine. But i'm a roadwarrior i Need the Cache mode

Any one an idea?

Best regards

- André

Hi,
It seems your Outlook is not syncing with Exchange due to corrupted Outlook data file, I would like to suggest you a blog which will describe how to deal with such type of issue. If you have unable to synced all the folders, then it is a damaged .ost file and you can repair it using OST to PST Converter tool.
Visit here; http://www.solutions.microsoftostconverter.com/blog/outlook-is-not-syncing-with-exchange.html
Hope it might solve your issue!!
Thanks for your suggestion @Mickelj We hope @AndreG1 could follow the workaround.

If you are facing synchronization problems, here I would like to recommend you an amazing third party OST to PST converter tool. The tool has some unique feature that helps you in recovering your corrupt OST file along with its entire emails, attachments, drafts, notes, contacts, journals, links, lists, etc. and convert them to PST file format.

Deeper knowledge about the tool can be taken from: http://www.free.ost2pst.org
