Outlook - Exchange Server Reconnecting After Waking Up From Sleep

Is there a way to ensure that the exchange server connection through Outlook 2010 isn't dropped when my Macbook Air goes to sleep? My wifi is always on but when waking up from sleep, exchange server takes forever to reconnect. I was wondering if there's a setting or anything I can do to ensure that when MS Outlook 2010 is open, the connection is never dropped.

Hi Jagstyles,

If the internet is dropping it should be affecting all the app in guest OS... Issue is only with MS Exchange Server, so please try reinstalling Outlook app which may help you in resolving the issue.
