Outlook quits on minimize.

I am running Windows 11 on Parallels 19.2 and it's been fine. Today out of nowhere, whenever I go to minimize Outlook, I notice on the task bar it disappears. I confirmed in task manager it is quitting. However if I have an email open or a calendar, those will stay open. Just the main window will shut down on minimize. Has anyone seen this behavior before?

solved this issue. Its not Parallels. Right click Outlook icon in windows system trade, uncheck "Hide when minimized."
