Hi guys,
my co-worker is running Mac-OS on a MacBook with Parallels Desktops for a virtual Win 10 installation.
In there he is using Office 365 with Outlook 2013. Whenever he is printing an E-Mail, the preview in Win 10 shows the correct layout, memo format. Then it gets converted for using the installed printer on Mac OS. There appears a blank space in the upper third of the printing.
Been searching the internet for the problem but didn´t find anything.
This problem just occured these days and wasn´t there before. Any ideas or suggestions what the cause could be?
Just for the record: I neither speak english as my first language nor do i ever work with Mac OS. So please consider this when having a suggestion.
You are kindly allowed to give me help as if i was a total idiot =)
Greetings, Felix
