Outlook won't open

I have Parallels 10 installed on my MacBook Pro. All of a sudden Outlook won't open. I can still open Excel and Word. The Outlook icon shows up briefly in the dock but then disappears and the program doesn't open. Does anyone have any suggestions or fixes? I have so many tasks set as reminders in Outlook that I am just trying to get it back so I can know what I am supposed to be doing and when!

Did you try to reinstall Outlook?
