Page Formatting Destroyed under Parallels 11

I've just upgraded to Parallels 11, still running Windows 8.1 and OS 10.10.5 -- networked Brother HL-4040 With this set-up page formatting is destroyed -- a test page formats with a 2" left margin and a 5" bottom margin, 0 top & right. My understanding is that previous parallels upgrades have required the re-instal of the printer. In this instance, I can't do that - printui.dll just hangs
 
Hi @LynnA, could you please provide us with step-by-step description of the issue, and also any screenshot of error message which appears during the printer uninstallation.
 
Hi Maria,
After more poking I've found that the issue is not with Parallels, but with Apples's Quartz PDF converter, which appears to have a corrupt preferences setting. So I have to sort it with them.
