Paralells Desktop can´t start windows xp

Can someone help me please?
My Parallels Desktop says it can not start Windws XP because a file is missing or damaged.
The file is : <windows root>/system 32/ntoskrnl.exe.

Paralells Desktop says I have to reinstall this file,but I dont know how to do that.

Can anyone tell?
