Paralells won't load as it is running in safe mode

I am using an iMac. I did a clean install of Windows 8 in boot camp. I never had Windows 7 and it is not an upgrade. When I try to load parallels it won't work as it states that it is running in safe mode. I have tried numerous ways to change this and doesn't seem to work.

Any Ideas?
 
The exact message is this "Safe Mode cannot be used with bootcamp hard disks. One or more hard disks are enabled in the virtual machine configuration. How can I disable the safe mode? Thanks
