Parallel 7 installation - Help!

Hi,

I installed a free trial version on my iMac. I activate it and I can the Parallel Desktop icon on my Mac desktop.

What do I do from here?? When I double click the icon, it gives me several options.

So how do I know that my iMac can download software requiring Windows operating system??
