Hi, I have a experience. One years ago, i installed Parallel Desktop 12 and run VM Window 10 with Norton 360. The outlook maybe freeze sometime suddenly, but i found that i can open a browser with full screen and minimise it, the outlook will become normally. Seem it is the window refreshing problem. Today, my norton 360 is expired, I want to change another. I am trial bitdefender total security 2018. The outlook app no freeze problem now. But the web browser even IE or chrome, if i open any web and searching something, web browser cannot show the result (no information and waiting). I can try more time maybe fixed it. I found https will more frequency than http. Maybe it is refresh controlling problem with antivirus in parallel desktop 12 or 13.
