Parallel Desktop 12 (OSX 10.11.6) not showing Mouse Pointer on Virtual Machine (Windows 10)

So I just purchased the upgraded version of of Parallel Desktop 12 (running on OSX 10.11.6) and when I use it to connect via Boot Camp to my Windows 10, it fails to show the mouse pointer on the Windows 10 VM window. I was working on the Parallel Desktop 11.
Please advise.

I should mention that I using this in MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014) - plenty of computing power and storage left.
