Hi team, I started Parallels this morning and get the messy code as following, when click on top, it will lock my mouse, and I have to use "ctrl + option" to free my mouse. I tried restart, shutdown, etc, none of them worked. I also tried exit Parallels and enter again, kill the process in Mac and enter again, and the messy still there.

hi, what is your Parallels Desktop version?
I finally got to re-installed Parallels. Even though after re-installation , the messy code still there, but it allows to shut down and restart. It's working for me now. Cheers.
