Parallel RAS 15 VDI Pool Managment

Hi I have added Hyper V server as VDI host and 10 VDI guests. So I created 3 VDI pool abd each pool has 2 guests.
When I publish an virtual desktop application, i select [Connect To]=>"Any Guest", [from Pool]=>"my pool". So I suupse when i have 2 user connecting in, RAS will assign the user to any free VDI guest in the Pool as long as they are not being user. How ever, i had an error message when my second user try to run the application.

Hi Maria,
I think the KB does not specify to my scenario. But I had figure out (i hope so) why i have the problem. One of the guest has been make as template...so it seems that the guest will never been avaliable in the Pool nor it will create a clone guest when i use [Connect To]=>"Any Guest", [from Pool]=>"my pool" in my publishment.
