Parallel sounds on win 8.1 gone even on browser

I was playing with sounds (Video, from browser and files) and I checked but the mute is not enabled yet I am unable to hear anything. Yet if I suspend the Virtual Machine and get back to Macbook air yosemite the sound and everything plays fine. I reinstalled Parallel Tools on both users but still it has no sound. Using Yosemite and Parallels 10

Hello philooi,
Please follow the steps to resolve the issue :
Open device manager on your Windows Virtual machine , please refer http://windows.microsoft.com/en-in/windows/open-device-manager
Under Sound, video and game controllers --> Right click on Parallels Audio Controller --> Uninstall.
Please disable Firewall and Anti-Virus in Windows Virtual machine.
Then (re)install Parallels Tools as in the Knowledge Base article http://kb.parallels.com/4841
Restart Windows and check how it works.
