parallel tools setup stuck

Hi,

I have the setup file for Parallel tools "stuck" in my cd drive. Obviously, not physically but I can't get rid of it! I've tried ejecting it and it doesn't go.

Does anyone have any ideas?

All ok - you can right click bottom right on the cd and get rid of it there!
