Parallel Tools: Windows can't verify the publisher of this driver

I just did an update via the automated "Check for updates" feature for Desktop 4.0 for Mac.

I'm getting a "Windows Security" notice when I install Parallel Tools telling me that "Windows can't verify the publisher of this driver". I have the two options to either cancel the install or install anyway. When I click "Install ... anyway", the "Windows Security" notice goes away for a second, then comes back. No matter how many times I click "Install ... anyway", the notice comes back and I'm locked out of completing the installation of Parallel Tools.

I had Parallel Tools installed in the previous build of Desktop 4.0 without problems. So something broke big time in the update. Can I get the old build of Desktop 4.0 somehow and reinstall it over the broken update?

You have to click "Install this driver software anyway" as many times as it would require.

Oh yea, I did that. I just presented me with the same window again in an infinite loop. The only solution was to delete my VMs and reinstall them from scratch. Fun. Hours worth of fun.
