Parallels 10.2.1 for OS X automatically suspending/pausing windows

Having an issue where one of my VMs gets suspended after a very short time of inactivity. I've searched the forums here and adjusted Windows' power settings to high performance but it's still occurring.
Any ideas?
Parallels 10.2.1 for OS X
VM: Windows 10 Insider Preview latest

Hi ReyB1,
Please go to Virtual Machine Configuration > Options > Applications > uncheck "Pause Windows when no applications are open" to resolve the issue.
