Parallels 10: Version 10.2.1 (29006) Macbook Pro: Lion 10.7.5 Window: Window 7 Premium Home 64 I have tried this with no luck: http://kb.parallels.com/en/113823 I have an email ticket - I never received a confirmation on that. So I paid $19.95 for Support yesterday - Reference number: 76130018 Please HELP!

Have you tried to reinstall the software, or running the guest on other parallels in other machine? Maybe pressing F8 to enter in the W7 safe mode so the OS can give you a status or a hint. Is upgrading the MAC OS X an option?
