parallels 10 cannot get the trial version

I tried to install the trial version of Parallels Desktop, but it keeps asking me for an activation key!!! the windows show only the option "buy" or the blank space to write down the key, Is there anything I can do? Does the parallels desktop show such kind of obstacles to work with it? it sounds more like a complex tool even when I'm looking for a solution. I activated de account after receiving the e-mail, but I can't make it works :/
 
I am having the exact same issue that JesusB2 is having and I would love to be able to give Parallels desktop a chance.
 
Same problem here - "Unable to request a trial key, please check your network connection and try again" but there is absolutely nothing wrong with my network connection!
 
I'm in the same boat. Can't try it and can't report it really anywhere but here because all methods of requesting support seem to require a support code, or previously activated software. This makes it very tough for those of us interested in trying it for the first time.
