Parallels 10 download link problem

Hi,

Are there alternative links to download? I've been trying for about an hour to download the upgrade version to 10 from the email link I was sent, but it gets to 10MB and then just hangs. I once got to 200MB before it stalled.

Turns out there is some problem with using safari to download. Is that a known issue? I managed to get chrome to do it.

I had the same problem, and I thought the same thing, that the problem was my browser, but I tried three or four different browsers (Safari, Firefox, Chrome and Opera).

I kept on switching and kept on getting from 10 to 25 MB to download. Finally, after the 10th attempt, it all downloaded.

No issues here with Safari, right now tested (the file is ParallelsDesktop-10.0.0-27675.dmg). Try to type in the URL manually .....

Hi Strato,

Please try the same link and download Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac. It's working perfectly fine.
